Chicken Kiev


CHICKEN KIEV

8 chicken breasts (pound to 1/4” thick)
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. old English sharp cheese (1/2 jar)
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
Crushed cheetos

Mix butter, cheese, salt, and green onion. Spread mixture onto chicken breast. Roll the chicken and fasten with toothpicks. Dip the chicken breast in melted butter then roll in crushed cheetos. Bake at 300 for 2 hours.

Haylee’s Note:
This is my all time favorite recipe. I haven’t put it on here yet because it is pretty unhealthy. This was what I always wanted my mom to make for my birthday dinner. I got this recipe from my mom who got this recipe from her friend Shelley Davies. Every recipe I have from her is AMAZING!! You have to give this a try! You will absolutely LOVE it!!!
