CUPCAKES
To be totally honest, the last 3 times I have made cupcakes I have just used a box! It is so easy, and they always turn out great! My sister-in-law to be LOVES cupcakes, and I am starting to catch the fever! I need to get her frosting recipe, because it is the best, but this is the recipe I usually use:
1 package powdered sugar (16 ounces)
1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
3 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
These are just of few of the cupcakes I have done lately.
