1 3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
½ c. vegetable oil

Mix ingredients until only slightly lumpy. Pour mixture into waffle iron (about 1-1 1/2 c.)

Haylee’s Note:
I got this recipe from my Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book. I love this book! (I like to separate my egg whites and whip those before adding them to the batter and then folding them in. It seems to make them fluffier. Enjoy!
