Liquefy 4 min. in blender: 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 3/4 c. whole wheat kernels
Add: 2 eggs 1/3 c. brown sugar 2 tbs. cornmeal 1/4 c. butter
Stir together and add: 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt
Haylee's Note: These pancakes are really yummy, and really healthy. If the batter seams runny add a little more brown sugar and up to a cup of oatmeal in the blender. I like to eat these with apple sauce instead of syrup. They are delicious!!
