Blueberry Muffins


BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Cream:
1 cube butter
1 cup sugar

Add:
2 eggs
1 ¾ c. flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
¾ c. sour cream
1 ½ c. bashed berries

Put in 24 muffin cups and top with streusel

Streusel:
½ cube margarine
4 tbs. flour
3 tbs. sugar
3 tbs. brown sugar
¾ c. chopped pecans

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes

FYI- This pictures has blueberry muffins AND chocolate muffins--no they are not burnt blueberry muffins!
