2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin

Mix with 1 lb. hamburger and 1/2 c. water. Serve in taco shells and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, taco sauce, salsa, olives, and/or any other toppings you want! Enjoy!

Haylee’s Note:
To be totally honest, I usually use one of those taco seasoning packets and I think it is just about as good. However, I am glad that I have this recipe because today I started everything for the tacos and realized I didn’t have a seasoning packet.
