Polo Ala Parmesan



POLO ALA PARMESAN

2 lbs boneless, skinless, washed chicken breasts.

Beat and dip chicken in:
1 egg
2 tbsp. water

Mix and roll in 1/2 c. flour
3/4c. parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Sprinkle over top:

1 1/2 tsp oregano (flakes or fresh)
4 tbsp. butter

Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.

Haylee’s Note:
The only problem with this meal is that those 35 minutes seem to take forever!! It smells so good in the oven, and you just have to wait! We really liked this meal. I got this recipe from my mom, who got it from her friend Pam! We ate it with spaghetti, garlic bread, and peas.
