Balsamic Roast Chicken


4 lbs. chicken
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Rinse and dry chicken. Rub with oil then herbs. (May use whole roasting chicken). Roast or cook until done (375 for 40 minutes). Drizzle with vinegar and sugar.

Haylee’s Note:
This recipe is DELICIOUS!! I did the vinegar and sugar before cooking it and it was pretty good! I loved this meal! I got this recipe from my mom, who got it from her friend Eileen. This is definitely a keeper! I will make this one again!! Try it!!
