Bratwurst and Gravy


2 tbs. olive oil
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. pepper jack cheese
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbs. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Cook bratwurst in olive oil until golden. Remove bratwurst, but keep fat drippings. Use milk, butter, and flour to make a roux. Add remaining ingredients. Serve gravy over biscuits (See Biscuit Supreme for recipe)

Haylee's Note:
This was today's invention. The boys wanted bratwurst, and I wanted biscuits and gravy, so this was the result. It was pretty tasty.
