Biscuits Supreme

(taken from Better Homes and Gardends 2002)

3 c. flout
4 tsp baking powder
1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp salt
3.4 tsp. cram of tartar
1/2 c butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/4 c, buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients first. Cut in butter and shortening. Add milk. Knead dough until well mixed. You can roll out dough and cut with round cookie cutter, or just drop biscuts onto a pan by the spooonfull.

I use this recipe everytime I need biscuits for anything! This is the recipe I used for my topping for the chicken pot pie too! They are yummy, and really easy!
