Cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 cube butter
Mix soup and chicken broth together. Put chicken breast in the bottom of a baking dish. Slice Swiss cheese and put on top of chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Crush croutons and mix with butter. Crumble crumbs over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
This was one of our favorite meals! One of my professors gave me this recipe this past week, and we loved it! She call's it "chicken" but, I have given it the new title "Myra's Chicken." It is really good when served with yams and green veggies or a salad.
