Bread Bowls



2 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbs. yeast
3 tbs. sugar

3/4 tbs. salt
5 tbs. oil
6 c. flour (add 1/2 at a time)

Rise 10 min. Punch down and repeat 5 times. Divide into 8-10 pieces. Rise 30 min. Bake at 400 for 25 min.

Haylee's Note:
I use my mom's bread pans when I make these. They are about the same size as pot pie pans. These bread bowls are the best with broccoli cheese soup! My favorite!

I am soooooo glad you posted this! Dane and I have been on a bread-bowl and soup kick lately, and I have been looking for a good recipe....inpriration:)
