Any Old Pizza Dough

(Pizza Dough for 2 12" Pizzas)

1 T yeast
1 c. water
1 t. sugar
2 3/4 c flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbs. olive oil

Let rise to double and repeat. Bake at 500 for 12 min. using a scant, 1/2 c. sauce and toppings.

Haylee's Note:
I use corn meal for on the bottom of the crust. It seems to help. The first picture is just a plain tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and olive pizza. The second pizza is marinara sauce, pepperoni, green onion, green bell pepper, sausage, and mushrooms. I cooked the green onion, green bell pepper, sausage, and mushrooms together before putting it on the pizza with a little balsamic vinegar. It was very good! You can do any toppings you want! Get creative!! Yum!!
