Cranberry Apple Pork Chops


6-8 thick chops
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can whole cranberry sauce
lots of fresh rosemary
1 lg. bottle apple sauce
1/3 c. chicken broth

Brown the chops and season with salt. Grease large shallow baking dish. Spread apple/cranberry sauce in pan, sprinkle soup and rosemary over sauce. Lay chops on top and cover with broth. Season with salt and ground pepper. Bake at 325 for 90 min.

Haylee’s Note:
I am not a huge pork chop fan, but this was DELICIOUS!! I would definitely make this one again!! The sauce is really good with the rice. I might even try this one again but with chicken. Give it a try!! It is a winner! Thanks mom for the recipe!
