ANNIE’S GRANOLAMix and set aside:
2 c. oats
3/4 c uncooked wheat bran cereal
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
In separate bowl mix:
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients and spread out on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Cool on a rack then stir in:
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. craisins
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/3 c. dates
