HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
1 large bottle of Cremora
2 lbs. Hersheys instant chocolate
1 lb. Powdered sugar
20 quarts of instant milk
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Just add hot water.

I don’t have the exact measurements of water to mix, but I think you can figure it out. I will admit, I am not above buying Steven’s Hot Coco, but I think it is always good to have a scratch recipe on hand. (In fact I really do like the Stevens better than this.)

Oh my gosh!! I remember coming up to your house after school and your mom would make the best hot chocolate with candy canes and cool whip in them. I now do this with my family and they love it! Love your blog. You are an amazing cook!
