Apricot Glazed Carrots


1 bag carrots
1/2 c. apricot jam
1/2 c. butter

Peel and cut carrots. Boil until tender. In a saucepan combine butter and jam. Pour over carrots

These are a family favorite!! It just gives a little variation off of your traditional side of carrots! Give it a try—I’m sure you will get tons of complements! We always do!! And people always want the recipe….then they are amazed at how easy it is! Enjoy!
