Snicker Doodles


1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and other ingredients. Roll in 1” balls. Roll in cinnamon and sugar. Press with a fork. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.

Haylee’s Note:
I love snicker doodles. This is an excellent recipe. My mom gave it to me, who got it from her friend Ann. It is better to under-cook these cookies rather than over-cooking them. That way they will be nice and soft! Enjoy!
