Beef and Gorgonzola Panini


Focaccia bread (or other rustic bread)
Thinly sliced Roast beef
1 large onion, sautéed until crispy and caramelized.
Slices of Gorgonzola cheese
Horse Radish spread.

Layer ingredients on the Focaccia, butter tops and grill until cheese starts to melt.

I saw this recipe on Studio 5 when they had Susan Neal on the show. Their theme this month is “Be Inspired.” This show did inspire me, and I gave this recipe a try, loved it, and we tried an original Panini which we also loved!! Matthew always seems to get hungry when Studio 5 comes on so I watch it nearly every day while I feed him! Thanks Studio 5 for the great idea! For the original recipe click here
