Heather’s Roasted Chicken and Potatoes


1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1/4 c. vegitable oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 lb potatoes
4 chicken breasts
2 carrots

Cut chicken, potato, and carrots into bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 450 for 45 min.

Haylee’s Note:
I got this recipe from my sister Heather. She is such a wonderful cook and my “go-to-girl” for many dinner ideas. When I made mine I made it with less potatoes and chicken because it was only for me and Darin. I also added some onion—I thought it was really good!
