Barbecue Beef Sandwich


1/2 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and mix with shredded beef. Serve warm on rolls or bread.

Haylee’s Note:
You can also just use the shredded beef and mix it with bbq sauce you buy at the store, but I think it is always good to have a back up recipe in case you don’t have any bbq sauce on hand. This is always a good meal to have after making a “Sunday Roast” and using the left-overs. This would also be a really good crock-pot meal, and also really good with shredded pork.
