Toast one side of bread in the oven (set on broil). Turn bread over and top with cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese melts. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Haylee’s Note: This is a really simple meal, not even a recipe really. But, I really like this sandwich. I used to have it all the time growing up, and Darin really likes “cheese on toast” (pretty much the exact same thing w/o tomato and regular salt instead of garlic salt). If you haven’t done this before give it a whirl!
