Haylee’s Note:
My friend Korianne gave me a recipe similar to this, and I made my own variation. This used to be my favorite meal to make until I got morning sickness, and I haven’t been able to eat it until last night. Also, my sister Heather makes an Enchilada Casserole that I like even better!! I am going to make it soon and post it on here!! Hers is the best!!!
