POPPY SEED CHICKEN2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
2 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 c. butter
Boil chicken breast, cool, and shred into bite size pieces. Layer on the bottom of a glass baking pan. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with poppy seeds and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and pour evenly over crackers. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
