4 tbs butter 1 diced onion 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms chicken salt pepper 1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken in with onions and mushrooms and cook one side. Flip chicken to other side and top skillet with Monterey jack cheese.
Haylee's Note: I saw something similar to this on a cooking show when I was sick this week. I was so excited to try it, and unfortunately I didn't like it. Darin liked it though, so I thought I would post it, and maybe someone else would like it.
