Darin's Scrambled Egg Topping

DARIN'S SCRAMBLED EGG TOPPING

Tomatoe
Green Pepper
Mushroom
Onion
(any other veggies/seasonings wanted)
Olive Oil

Mix together in skillet and put on top of scrambled eggs.

Darin made this for us for breakfast last week. He was making it for a filling for an omlet, but we just used it for a topping on scrambled eggs and they were very good.
