Spinach
Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
Candied Walnuts
Goat Cheese
Craisins
Balsamic Vinegarette
Toss all ingredients together!

I got this recipe from my good friend Bridget's brother, Stuart. His recipe didn't include craisins but I threw them in...I also added a little swiss cheese! We had this for Easter and it was super easy but also super delicious!! There are lots of varriations you can do too (ie feta, swiss, poppyseed dressing, etc. etc.) I am finding now that Spinach salad is a fun one to play with.
