Spaghetti Seasoning Mix

SPAGHETTI SEASONING MIX

1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt

Mix with:
1 lb. hamburger
6 oz tomato paste
16 oz. tomato sauce
2 3/4 c. tomato juice or water

Haylee’s Note:
I got this recipe from my mom. I will admit that I am a user of “Prego” and other premade Spaghetti sauces, however, I think it is always good to have a spaghetti sauce recipe available for those Sunday’s when you don’t have the sauce, and you can’t go to the store! Enjoy!
