FAJITASBoneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 onions chopped
1 green bell pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
Marinate chicken in dressing for 3-4 hours. Cut up into bite size pieces. Saute green pepper and onion. Add all other ingredients. Serve on a warm tortilla and top with fresh tomato, cilantro, sour cream, salsa, olives, guacamole, and cheese.

I love these!! They are so yummy, and I love playing with the toppings! I just use whatever I have on hand! They are really easy, but my friend Laurie has a fajita recipe that is even easier!! I will be making that one soon too!
