Easy Chicken Enchiladas


EASY CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

1 small tub sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Shredded (cooked) chicken breast
1 small can green chili peppers
diced green onion
flour tortillas
shredded cheese

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spoon mixture into flour tortilla and roll. Place in a glass cooking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Haylee's Note:
I got this recipe from my friend Angie! They are SOOOO good and super easy! I love them! You can easily make several variations on these! I used both pepper jack and cheddar cheese. We also served them with salsa! Yum! I actually made two pans worth and froze one pan for after the baby comes so I don't have to cook!
