Lasagna


LASAGNA

1 lb ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbs. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 lasagna noodles
1 egg
1 15 ounce ricotta cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
6 oz. mozzrella

Sauce:
Cook beef onion and minced garlic until meat is brown. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, seasoning, and pepper. Boil then simmer for 15 min.

Filling:
Combine egg, ricotta and parmesan cheese.

Layer sauce, cooked noodles, mozzrella, filling. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

Haylee's Note:
This lasagna is a varriation off of "Better Homes and Garden's" recipe. You can also do this a little cheeper by substituting the ricotta with cottage cheese.
