Garlic Mashed Potatoes


GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

6 potatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
Dried parsley

Wash and chop potatoes. (I like to use red potatoes and leave the skins on). Boil until tender. Mash and add remaining ingredients. Mash until smooth.

Haylee’s Note:
This recipe is not exact. I am just guessing about how much I use. I always just play with it until it looks right. I also roasted my garlic ahead of time and that seemed to make a difference. Enjoy!
