Chicken and Broccoli Casserole



CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken
2 tbs. lemon juice
2 tbs. butter
2-3 lbs. cooked diced chicken
1 c mayonnaise
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese

Cook broccoli and drain. Place in bottom of casserole dish. Place cooked chicken pieces on top. Mix soup, mayo, cheese, and lemon. Butter bread crumbs. Place on top. Bake at 375 for 30 min.

Haylee’s Note:
I got this recipe from my mom who got it from her friend Marilyn. My mom serves this just plane, but we had ours over rice. It is good either way.
