Yorkshire Pancakes


YORKSHIRE PANCAKES

2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 cube butter

Bring eggs to room temp. Beat slightly to a lemon color. Mix in milk and flour. Melt butter in long baking dish. Pour batter over top. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

These are so quick and easy. Darin likes his with lime juice and powdered sugar.
