Crêpes



CREPES

1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
Pinch salt

Blend ingredients in blender. Pour into a greased warm skillet. Rotate batter in a circular motion until batter is even and thin. Flip and cook other side.

Haylee's Note:
This was my favorite breakfast growing up. There are several ways to serve these, and everyone that has had crêpes likes them different ways. Our favorite way is simply butter, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Other ways we like are with yogurt, whipping cream, or pudding with fresh fruit or, nuttella or fresh jam or....the list goes on and on! These are great for breakfast or dessert!
